Smoking Ban Links to More OWIs?

Hat tip to Wendy for finding this today. Normally, I'm not really into these kind of correlational studies because they don't really prove anything (and statistics can be skewed to represent almost any viewpoint) but it's Friday, I'm feeling lazy and I'll take any potshot at the Nanny State that I can.
